State Street Theater is thrilled to announce auditions for our summer production of The Music Man! Join us as we bring this beloved musical to life with unforgettable characters, big laughs, and classic songs like “76 Trombones” and “Till There Was You.”
Audition Dates:
?? Saturday, April 26 at 1:00 PM (Callbacks to follow at 3 PM)
?? Sunday, April 27 at 6:00 PM (Callbacks to follow at 8 PM)

Open to anyone ages 8+
Audition Requirements:
?? All auditioners (in-person or online) must complete an audition sheet available at the auditions or upon request.
?? All auditioners aged 13+: Please prepare 1-minute of a song that shows your vocal ability and bring along the backing track to hook up to a speaker.
?? All auditioners aged 13+: Please prepare a 30-second to 1-minute monologue that shows your acting ability.
Ages 12 and under: Please prepare one minute of a song that shows your vocal ability and tell your favorite joke.

Online Auditions:
Can’t make it in person? No problem! We’re also accepting video auditions.
To audition online:

• Start your video with a slate: state your name, age, and what you’ll be singing and acting.
• Perform a 1-minute song selection that shows your vocal ability with a backing track playing.
• Perform a 30-second to 1-minute monologue of a show that shows your acting ability.
• Upload your video to YouTube and email the link to: info@statestreetnewulm.org
• Deadline for video submissions: Friday, April 25^th, at noon.
