Qualifications:
Valid Class A MN Journeyman or Master Electrician license
Valid driver's license & clean driving record
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be willing to travel
Competent in using email, text, time clock app, and other online platforms such as Procore and Microsoft Teams
Experience and training in the Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural, & PV Solar electrical contracting field
Read and interpret Schematics & Drawings, as provided
Ascend/descend ladders, rooftops, and other high places as high as 200 feet
Work in cramped spaces
Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend and twist
Remain in one position for long periods of time
Frequently move heavy material and equipment weighing up to 75 pounds
Occasionally work in facilities with animals that have strong odor/smell
Able to work on tight deadlines under pressure
Capable of manually digging and back-filling of holes and trenches
Self-motivated, team player
Capable of using and driving large equipment – skid loader, trencher, & telehandler
Responsibilities:
Knowledge and understanding of the National Electrical Code
Interpret construction documents and specifications
Set switchgear, panels, and other distribution equipment
Running & bending conduit
Running & pulling wire
Terminations
Low Voltage Work
Troubleshoot electrical issues and make electrical repairs
Maintain tools and equipment
Work closely with project teams
Mentor apprentices to allow for learning and development
Demonstrate excellent customer service, including quality communication
Strong attention to safety, PPE, and OSHA 10
