Work of Art: Business Structure Basics Workshop for Artists

The Grand Center for Arts & Culture, Springboard for the Arts, and Prairie Lakes Regional Arts council are collaborating to bring a series of workshops for artists to New Ulm! This in-person workshop is for artists in the region served by the Prairie Lakes Regional Arts Council (Blue Earth, Brown, Faribault, Le Sueur, Martin, Nicollet, Sibley, Waseca and Watonwan counties) and is hosted in partnership with The Grand Center for Arts & Culture. Business Structure Basics An attorney from Springboard’s Minnesota Lawyers for the Arts (MnLA) program will cover business models from LLC’s to 501(c)3’s, including information on how to evaluate benefits and risks.
