Sheep, Wool and Quilts
Alexander Harkin first came to West Newton to raise sheep and produce wool, and visitors can spend an afternoon learning about the wool industry. The store will have displays of wool, a spinning wheel, carders, wool items and quilts, both old and new. Plus, meet with Donna Dose who will show her sock machine and woolen items made from the fur of her angora rabbits.
