Trip Details: We will meet in the CAST Senior Center parking lot at 5pm and carpool to Morton for the 6pm program. CAST is paying the admission for attendees, so this program is free. Open to the public, but pre-registration is required so we know how many will be attending. The history of Minnesota is laced with cultural clashes, conflicts, lawlessness, criminality, Native American culture, pioneering spirit, industrialization, economic growth, and ultimately, death. Explore haunted locations from Red Wing to Redwood Falls and Mankato to Duluth to recover history previously lost to the knowledge of man. Hosted by the CAST Senior Center, CAST Educational Programs were developed to reach a wide audience of senior citizens, providing a variety of interesting subjects via in-person presentations and experiences. Scheduled year-round, we host programs at the CAST Senior Center, but also travel to area libraries, museums, places of interest, and other Senior/Community Centers in our area to introduce Seniors to the many program opportunities that are available. Our programs are open to the public and there are no membership dues. Unless noted, the programs are provided free and no preregistration is required. Carpooling is available for out-of-town trips.
