The New Ulm Medical Center recently released a Community Health Needs Assessment and Improvement Plan for 2017-2019. This Community Health Improvement Plan is the result of a community-wide effort in 2016 to identify and prioritize the most pressing health issues facing our community. The Plan includes actions that will be taken over the next three years by many different organizations, including Heart of New Ulm and New Ulm Medical Center, to improve different health measures in our area. The Hot Topics lunch will share the community’s most pressing health issues and a discussion on the strategies and action plan to address them.
